Katharine Hepburn: Get Out Of the Head
Interview with Katharine Hepburn
Conducted by James Grissom

Get out of the head. Just make the effort to leave your head and put yourself in some wind and sun and against something. I can't be stupid and afraid if I'm in a battle with a ball or a club or the water. I feel fully alive, and I'm using parts of me that I don't get to use in all the talk-talk of acting.
I like the feeling of being used up that physical activity gives me. Clears me up. Opens me up.
